Privacy Policy

When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you provide:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your ZIP code (used to match you with a local installer)
• Project details you select, such as project type and approximate square footage

We also automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed, including through advertising and analytics tools described below.

• To match your request with one vetted independent local installer
• To allow that installer to contact you and prepare your installed quote
• To follow up with you about your request
• To measure and improve our advertising and website performance
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse

We share the information you submit with ONE vetted, independent local installation professional serving your ZIP code, for the sole purpose of contacting you and preparing your quote. We also use service providers (for example, form processing, CRM, hosting, email and SMS delivery) that process data on our behalf under contract.

We never sell your information. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your personal information to lead marketplaces, lead aggregators, call centers, or telemarketing lists, and we do not resell your request to multiple contractors. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We advertise online and use cookies and similar technologies to measure results. This site may include the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and other advertising or analytics scripts. These tools may collect device and browsing information and may allow us to show you ads on other platforms and to measure conversions, including through hashed information about form submissions.

You can manage ad personalization in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" signal; we do not currently respond to those signals.

By submitting the quote form, you agree that TurfQuotePro and the one matched local installer may contact you by phone call, SMS/text message, and email regarding your quote request, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts, or HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or contact us at the address below to be removed.

We retain quote requests and related records for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business and legal purposes — generally up to 24 months after your last interaction with us — after which the data is deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion sooner at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may ask us not to share your information with an installer, by emailing privacy@turfquotepro.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly defined.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site and service are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
