TurfQuotePro is an independent quote-request service. We connect homeowners in Dallas/Ft Worth, TX and the surrounding metro with one vetted, independent local artificial turf installation professional who can prepare a quote. We are not the installer. We do not perform installations, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with an installer. Any quote, price, warranty, workmanship, scheduling, and installation is solely between you and the independent installer.

You must be at least 18 years old and the homeowner or an authorized decision-maker for the property to submit a quote request.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a phone number and ZIP code you are authorized to use. Estimated pricing referenced on the Site (for example, typical per-square-foot ranges) is general information only and is not a quote. Your actual price is determined by the independent installer after an on-site measurement.

By submitting a quote request, you agree that TurfQuotePro and the matched installer may contact you by phone call and email about your request. We send SMS/text messages only if you separately opt in by checking the text-message consent box on the form; that consent is optional and is not required to submit your request or to receive a quote. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Messages are informational only — quote confirmations, appointment reminders, and quote follow-ups; this is not a marketing or promotional program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your use of information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Site and the quote-matching service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the services, workmanship, pricing, or conduct of any independent installer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurfQuotePro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any dispute, work, or agreement between you and an independent installer. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

The Site, its content, and its trademarks are owned by TurfQuotePro or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
